Monthly rentals pay for electric, telephone and Sky. Once a week maid service included. Any additional cleaning will have to be paid by tenant.

The condo is located in a small 12 unit building. The condo is 3 flights down from the street and close to the pool. Each unit is unique in decor and layout.

There is no elevator in the building. It is about 60 stairs to the apartment. Condo is located at top of the hill. Car is recommended but many people walk and catch bus or taxi at the bottom of hill.

Bus and Taxi Stands located at the bottom of the hill. For a few pesos you can have the taxi come up and drive you down. The walk up or down the hill is a pleasant experience,

Visit the zoo in the town of Mismaloya where you can hold and play with baby tigers, panthers and lions. An experience you will not forget. The zoo is very clean and you will want to go back.
