Oceanfront with private pool, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Casa Terra is located in the gated and secure luxury complex of La Puntilla. It's just 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle -- on the Pacific coast of Mexico.

The living room and master bedroom open directly onto a private beach-facing patio where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises. From your patio take a step down to your private swimming pool and the beach. With the ocean at your front door, you can explore tide pools and comb the beach. You can walk along the beach (10 to 15 minutes) to La Cruz, or during low tide to Bucerias (75 minutes). Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only 45 minutes away.

The master suite opens onto the poolside patio and the ocean beyond. It features a king-size bed and a master en suite bath with a soaker tub and shower. Air-conditioning, as well as screens on the wall-to-wall windows, allows for a comfortable night's sleep.

Beachfront Casa Terra is located in the gated community of La Puntilla, just 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport, between the town of Bucerias and the village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle on the road to Punta Mita. This area in the northern section of the Bay of Banderas, with beautiful beaches and friendly little Mexican towns and villages, is quickly becoming known as Riviera Nayarit. A 10 minute walk along the beach will take you to La Cruz for restaurants and shopping and the new upscale Marina Riviera Nayarit where there are restaurants and fresh fish markets where you can purchase fish and shrimp, caught earlier that day. The town of Bucerias is to the south, a 75 minute walk along the beach (only at low tide) or less than 10 minutes by car. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about 45 minutes away. There is excellent bus service so it is not necessary to rent a car during your stay at Casa Terra. Taxis are readily available from the village of La Cruz.
